Your financial security is a priority at GTR. We offer the most convenient payment system technologies to protect your finances and identity. Therefore, we do not accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Certified Funds. We have an exception for businesses, government-funded organizations, or charitable organizations.
Have your rent automatically deducted from your bank account. Enter your bank account and routing number, and your rent will be paid on time, every time. Fees may apply.
We accept credit card and ACH payments. Log in to your portal, and follow the instructions from there. Please note: before paying by credit card, please read the “Paying by Credit Card” section below.
We accept cash rent payments through PayNearMe at participating Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens locations near you! For more information, please tap here.
Generally, unless otherwise stated in your lease, rent payments made after the 6th of each month are considered late and will be assessed a $75 late fee. Payments made through our online systems are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Suppose the banking institution for your payment method reports insufficient funds available for your payment. Your application may be canceled or asked to pay with guaranteed funds within 24 hours. A $45 Insufficient Funds (NSF) Fee applies to any payments denied because of insufficient funds.
If you are asked to pay with guaranteed funds, include your name (name of the leaseholder), the property address, and phone number. Please take a photo or make a copy of your payment for your records.
