Lease Renewal Process

We love our residents, and we work hard to provide you with a fantastic home and excellent service so that when it comes time to renew your lease, it’s a simple decision. This page will provide all the information you need to move quickly through the renewal process.

Renewal offers are sent approximately 60 to 70 days before the lease expiration date. Renewal offers are sent by email, and the GTR Brokerage team member will provide you with the name and contact information, who will walk you through the renewal process and assist with any questions. 

Not Interested in Renewing?
Please remember, unless otherwise stated in your lease, you must give 60 days’ notice if you intend to end your lease. You can give your notice by filling out our Notice to Vacate form here.
